My husband and I were foster parents for a few years and saw firsthand how horrific the current system is, especially when it comes to the lack of good home options for teenagers. With the arrival of our own kids, crazy work schedules, and less time to devote to fostering in our own home, we decided to let our license go and focus on doing what we could to try and change the system. We look forward to setting the bar high with True North!
